Event Description

 

AmeriCorps Cape Cod will be partnering with the Army Corps of Engineers for the 21st Cape Cod Canal Clean-up.

On April 23rd, 2022, from 10 AM until 2PM with registration open until 12PM. You are invited to join us in our efforts to keep our canal clean!  

There will be several locations along both sides of the canal where you can help pick up litter, so you can choose a site that is convenient for you (with a map located below). Snacks will be available and local organizations will be on-site with fun activities for all!  

AmeriCorps Cape Cod is a national service organization that focuses on natural resource management, disaster preparedness and response, community education, and volunteer engagement. Hosting this event with the Army Corps of Engineers, who maintain multiple recreational areas around the canal, is one way we intend to engage with our community.
